Prime Power Petroleum Ghana Ltd is a dynamic oil marketing company operating in Ghana’s downstream petroleum sector. The company is focused on the reliable supply, distribution, and trading of high-quality petroleum products that support key sectors of the national economy. Our core business is the supply and distribution of petroleum products such as Automotive Gas Oil (AGO – diesel), Premium Motor Spirit (PMS – petrol), and lubricants to a wide range of clients including fuel station dealers, mining companies, transportation operators, manufacturing firms, and other industrial businesses across Ghana.

Our Story
Prime Power Petroleum Ghana Ltd was established on February 26, 2025, by a team of dynamic petroleum industry executives and finance and cybersecurity professionals with over 10 years of collective experience in petroleum product marketing and financing.
The company was founded with the vision of strengthening Ghana’s downstream petroleum sector by providing reliable petroleum supply solutions supported by strong financial expertise, operational discipline, and modern risk management practices.
By combining industry knowledge with financial and technology expertise, Prime Power Petroleum Ghana Ltd is positioned to support fuel distribution across key sectors of the economy, including fuel retail stations, mining operations, transportation companies, and industrial businesses. Our leadership team is committed to building a trusted oil marketing company that prioritizes efficiency, transparency, safety, and strong partnerships within the energy sector. Our Leadership
Diana A. Kanyagui
Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Diana Kanyagui is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Prime Power Petroleum Ghana Ltd. She brings extensive experience in finance, risk management, and strategic leadership across the financial services industry.
With over a decade of experience in internal audit, risk management, and corporate governance within major financial institutions in the United States, Diana has developed strong expertise in operational oversight, compliance, and business growth strategies.
Through her leadership, Prime Power Petroleum Ghana Ltd is focused on building a strong presence in Ghana’s downstream petroleum sector by establishing reliable fuel supply networks, developing strategic partnerships with fuel dealers and industrial clients, and investing in efficient fuel logistics and distribution systems.
Diana holds an MBA from Thompson Rivers University, a Bachelor of Science in Finance from GIMPA University, Public Administration from University of Ghana and is a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA).
